SHIPPING POLICY
United States, Territories, & APO
Molding Mates offers same day shipping on online orders placed by 12:00
PM EST, Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). Online orders placed
after 12:00 PM EST will ship the next business day. We CAN ship to PO
boxes. USPS is the shipping method for online orders. Please note that
we are not able to provide tracking information for orders shipping via
USPS.

*NOTE: orders to Hawaii and Alaska are shipped via 2 Day Air.
RETURN POLICY
Molding Mates does not accept returns unless the product is defective or
an error was made by Molding Mates. Mistakes must be reported within
five days of delivery of the product.
Once we have received your defective merchandise, we will issue a credit
to your credit card. All returns are subject to return shipping fees.
Products must be returned within five days of issued report.
